These terms apply to your use of reputelabs.tech. ReputeLabs is a specialist brand within the JC TechLabs family. Specific services are provided under a separate written proposal or engagement agreement between you and ReputeLabs.
1. Website use
You may use this website for lawful purposes and must provide accurate information when contacting us. Website content is general information about our services and is not legal, financial or regulatory advice.
2. Service engagements
Each engagement is defined in a written proposal or agreement, including its scope, deliverables, fees, schedule and each party’s responsibilities. Sending an enquiry does not create an engagement. Work begins after both parties accept the agreed terms.
3. Honest and policy compliant work
Our work follows applicable law and the rules of the platforms and publishers involved. We do not create or post fake reviews, arrange undisclosed incentives for reviews, publish defamatory material, or use bots to manipulate engagement. Review dispute work is based on documented facts and the relevant publisher’s policies.
4. Platform and publisher decisions
ReputeLabs is a brand within the JC TechLabs family and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google, Alphabet or other review platforms. Decisions about reviews, profiles, rankings, search indexing and media publication are made by the relevant third party. We do not guarantee a particular platform or publisher outcome.
5. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide complete and accurate information, have authority to share any materials supplied to us, and promptly review work when approval is needed. Account access should be provided using the platform’s delegated roles; do not send passwords through the website enquiry form.
6. Fees, cancellation and refunds
Fees and payment dates are set out in the written proposal or engagement agreement. Cancellation, completed work and any refund are handled under that agreement and applicable law. If a written agreement does not address a situation, contact us to discuss it before work begins.
7. Confidentiality and personal information
We handle enquiry information as described in our Privacy Policy. Any additional confidentiality commitments for an engagement will be set out in its written agreement.
8. Intellectual property
Each party keeps the rights it already owns. Ownership or permitted use of materials created for an engagement is set out in that engagement’s written agreement.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that cannot lawfully be limited. To the extent permitted by law, ReputeLabs is not responsible for decisions, outages, policy changes or actions of third-party platforms, publishers or service providers. Any further liability terms for a service are set out in the applicable written agreement.
