CLEAR EXPECTATIONS

Our service principles.

A scope agreed together

We discuss your priorities and agree on deliverables, fees, responsibilities, milestones and reporting before work begins. Your proposal or engagement agreement sets out the terms for that work, including approvals, payment and any cancellation arrangements. Sending an enquiry does not commit you to purchasing services.

Genuine reviews

Review requests are for real customers and welcome honest feedback. We do not create fake reviews, offer incentives, pressure customers or selectively request only positive feedback.

Evidence-based review support

We assess evidence and applicable platform policies before supporting a report or eligible appeal. A negative review, or suspicion that a competitor posted it, is not automatically grounds for removal. Review removal and appeal outcomes depend on platform policy enforcement; we compile the documented evidence and manage submissions through official channels.

Your profile remains yours

Business Profile management is provided with your authorisation. You retain ownership of your profile. Access should use the platform’s account-management permissions rather than shared passwords. ReputeLabs is independent and is not affiliated with Google.

Earned media

We develop messages, materials and relevant outreach. Editors and publishers decide whether and when to cover a story. We do not guarantee media placement, search rankings or a particular platform decision.

Respectful communication

Reviewer outreach focuses on understanding and resolving a concern. We do not offer payment or apply pressure to have reviews changed or removed. Public responses should protect private information and remain factual.

Clear approvals and reporting

We agree who can approve public material, what information is needed and how progress will be reviewed. Reports distinguish work completed, decisions still pending and results that depend on third parties. Sensitive records are exchanged through a suitable channel agreed with you.
